Due to the current building use as an office building from the Old Pembroke High School, an overloaded condition on the existing branch circuits was created, along with the age of the existing 1800 amp switch gear, a new service switchboard and distribution panels were provided for the building. The project was phased to limit down time to the user and the switchgear change out was performed over a three day weekend. The project also included new ceilings and lights in the corridors to provide a more professional look to the buildings visitors.
