Conduct annual evaluations of five buildings to achieve the set energy target for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) energy performance for commercial buildings by means of evaluating energy performance and reduce energy use and greenhouse gas emissions. By tracking yearly energy consumption, Coastal Engineering has assisted Manulife Financial to attain yearly EPA recognition for their energy performance at a rating of 83% or better.
