Construction of a new facility to house the protype installations of Volvo's New IPS Drive Systems for various boat manufacturer applications. The 15,600 square foot facility utilizes a under-slab radiant heating system to stabilize hull temperatures to allow proper applications of resin based materials. The building also included a two-story office area including conference facilities.
