Provided for the replacement of the existing chilled water air-conditioning system, which included a new chilled water system for back-up operation of the facility. The renovation included new chillers, pumps, piping, and air-handling units. Under a separate contract, we provided for interior upgrades to the stacks, entry, and conference areas including new and more energy efficient lighting.
