Conveniently located in Virginia Beach, VA we are within a few hours’ drive of most major cities located in Virginia, Maryland, and Eastern North Carolina; as well as in close proximity of Norfolk International Airport, which provides a gateway to wherever a project may take us. We believe that a little extra time invested at the beginning of the project, to fully understand the clients' needs, will result in a smoother design process and a better final product; as to produce quality construction documents is not enough. The design process needs to investigate the various solutions available to the design effort and choose the best overall solution. The best solution should take into consideration all contributing factors including the users' needs, constructability, budget, time constraints, and phasing. Our involvement with your project does not stop with the final submittal. Should a problem occur during construction, whether due to an unforeseen circumstance or a design error, we will be there working with the client and the contractor to reconcile the problem in an efficient and timely manner.
